A floor length halter dress in a mustard diamond knit, cut with a slit that runs high on one side. It is sold as a cover up and it will do that job, but it is finished well enough to wear as a dress on its own.
The knit is textured rather than flat, an allover diamond stitch that catches light and gives the gold tone depth instead of flatness. It is lightly sheer, which is what makes it work over swimwear, so treat that as a feature and choose what goes underneath accordingly.
The halter neckline leaves the shoulders and upper back open. The body follows your shape without gripping, and the slit means the length never restricts a stride. On most heights this finishes at the floor with flat sandals.
